Every load, order and invoice in one system.

eTMS24 is the transport management system for European haulage and forwarding companies. Plan loads, issue transport orders and invoice from completed work, without the spreadsheets.

Hosted in the EU · GDPR · Eight languages

The eTMS24 dashboard: this month’s revenue and margin, loads by status, and the next transports due to load.

Most transport offices run on three tools: a mailbox, a spreadsheet and a phone.

  • The order arrives by mail. The rate is agreed by phone. The spreadsheet is updated, or it is not.
  • Nobody can say what a load actually earned until someone sits down to write the invoice.
  • When a dispatcher takes a week off, so does everything they knew.

eTMS24 holds all of it in one place, from the first enquiry to the paid invoice.

The life of a load

Four steps, one system. Nothing is retyped between them.

01

Know what is still to be planned.

Every enquiry becomes a load with its route, cargo, dates and rate. The dispatch pool holds everything not yet assigned, so nothing quietly falls off the bottom of a list.

  • Own fleet or subcontracted carrier, decided per load
  • Cargo, weight, loading metres and ADR held on the load itself
  • Excel import for the loads you already have
The loads list in eTMS24, showing route, dates, cargo and rate for each load, with unassigned loads waiting in the dispatch pool.
02

See the week before it happens.

Vehicles down the side, days across the top, loads in place. Move a load onto a truck and the week rearranges itself. Conflicts surface while there is still time to fix them.

  • Vehicle and driver availability in one grid
  • Overlaps and idle days visible at a glance
  • Plan weeks ahead, or rescue today

03

The paperwork writes itself.

A planned load becomes a transport order and a PDF carrying your company details, your terms and your numbering. It goes to the carrier by email without anyone leaving the system.

  • Your own numbering formats, not ours
  • Terms and contact person on every order
  • Sent and delivered status for each email

04

Invoice from the order, not from memory.

Completed orders become invoice lines. Payments are recorded against them, and the margin on a load stops being a question you answer in April.

  • Sales invoices, corrections and debit notes
  • Payments matched to the invoices they settle
  • Margin by load, by customer, by month

Everything else, in the same place

The parts of the job that are not a load, but still have to live somewhere.

Contractors

Carriers, customers and the people you actually call, with VAT numbers, addresses and payment terms.

Vehicles and drivers

Plates, trailers, licences and who is behind the wheel this week.

Locations

The warehouses, terminals and ramps you use often, saved once.

Goods

A catalogue of what you move, so cargo lines stop being retyped.

Documents

CMRs, invoices and order PDFs stored against the load they belong to.

Notifications

What changed, what is late, and what needs a decision today.

Roles

Administrator, senior dispatcher, dispatcher, accountant, driver.

Freight exchanges

Connections to exchange platforms, including eTrans24.

Built for how European transport actually works

Five currencies
EUR, PLN, USD, GBP and CZK, on orders and invoices alike.
VAT and reverse charge
A Polish carrier invoicing a German forwarder is the normal case here, not the exception.
Your numbering, not ours
T-0001 for transport, F-0001 for forwarding, 0001/2026 for invoices, or whatever your accountant already accepts.
Eight languages
Throughout the system, and in the documents you send out.
Drivers on their phones
A view built for a phone, on an account that costs nothing.

Your data, isolated by design

Multi-tenant software lives or dies on this, so it is worth being specific.

  • Every query is scoped to your organisation by the database itself, not by application code that could forget.
  • Hosted in the European Union.
  • Encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • Five roles, so people see the work that is theirs.
  • Your data stays yours. Export it whenever you want.

Simple pricing, and drivers never count

One price per company, with seats included. Cancel at the end of any month.

Driver accounts are free on every plan.

Dispatchers, administrators and accountants are paid seats. The people driving the trucks are not.

Questions we are asked

Can we move our existing data in?

Yes. Contractors, vehicles, drivers and loads import from Excel, which is usually where they already are.

How long is the contract?

Monthly or annual. Annual costs less; monthly can be ended at the close of any month.

Can we get our data out again?

Yes. Ask us and we deliver a full export in standard formats within 30 days. It is your data and it stays that way.

What languages does it work in?

Eight languages — Polish, English, German, Ukrainian, French, Czech, Slovak and Lithuanian — across the interface and the documents you send to carriers and customers.

Do drivers need a paid account?

No. Driver accounts are free on every plan, however many you have.

Does it work on a phone?

Drivers get a view built for a phone. Dispatching a full week is work for a proper screen.

How long does setting up take?

An afternoon for a small fleet: company details, your numbering, your people, then import contractors and vehicles.

Where is our data stored?

In the European Union, on infrastructure covered by GDPR. The privacy policy names every subprocessor.
